Founded in May 2014, Spotless by P.H. Cleaning, LLC is more than just a cleaning service; it is a labor of love inspired by my daughter. Her birth in 2011 was the pivotal moment that made me seriously consider what it means to build a lasting legacy. Three years later, I combined her last name, Holcombe, with my maiden name, Pringle, to create "P.H." This name is a timestamp, a constant reminder to her that she has been my biggest motivation to succeed and to build my first major business from the ground up.
Our company was founded on the rigid, high-standard training of the JanPro franchise, ensuring unparalleled consistency and care in every standard commercial clean. From our early years, we grew rapidly, serving over 30 commercial clients and employing over 25 independent contractors between 2014 to 2020.
Following the global shifts of 2020, we made a strategic decision to refine our focus. Today, we dedicate our expertise to one large commercial contract, providing meticulous daily building cleans and regular floor maintenance. This focused approach allows us to deliver the highest level of care, including our self-trained specialties of strip and wax, buffing, and other advanced floor services.
